Jim Kunstler's "Eyesore of the Month" for May is Troy City Hall. What? Doesn't he know that it's the Capital Region's Eiffel Tower?

Too bad, the Troy City Council is scared to take action to move the building because a couple dozen people were against. Quite sad.
