Sausage, unwrapped

We heard this afternoon that Bilinski's, the local sausage company, is slated to be on the Food Network show Unwrapped (yep, the one hosted by the guy from DoubleDare). A crew is coming to the factory in Cohoes to the shoot the segment in November.

How cool is that??? I will be looking forward to the details of when it's going to be televised...etc...

While in the neighborhood, perhaps they can stop at the Capitol and see the other thing you don't want to see being made...

@Rob: That Capitol episode might have to come with one of those TV-MA labels.

I'll spare you all the "sausage fest" joke, because I don't want to tarnish my reputation for class and sophistication.
