Pink bike missing

What do you mean which pink bike? Andrew Franciosa's tall pink bike. You know, the pink bike. It's gone missing. "Someone has seen someone else riding it, which is funny," Andrew told the Albany Student Press, which has more details. (Thanks, Jess)

That's going to be nearly impossible to find. I mean, a bike that looks like it's from the year 1890 that someone spray painted hot pink? Unfortunately that's gunna blend right in. Believe me. Someone stole my airplane with flapping wings that I modeled after those early Wright brothers films & the police told me there was nothing they could do. Why, the burglar could have just hid it at Albany International Airport. It's like a needle in a haystack.

I heard it's at Srasm's house. He always rides it to the show on Tuesday nights.

I just saw it! I called the police and theyre sending someone to check it out

@Pantaloons: Maybe it will be sold to a wealthy private collector, who just wants to admire it in the privacy of their own home.

I heard on the street next to bombers (where he sometimes is, the bike that is) that the whole thing is a hoax to send out a new line of double decker fix gear bike polo bicycles...
Owners of said bicycles must have a beard.

...and don't forget a white belt as well!

I saw it in the lawn behind the Capitol this AM. A lot of bikes were locked up, though, with no owners in sight. And the top of this tall bike was painted black, but I think the bottom was pink. A man with a camera was examining it.

Pink bike was found by APD and returned.
A Blood? We have a Blood gang in Albany? I'm so naive.

Having a child is indeed a second shot or at least a reminder of the magic of childhood. I thought of this yesterday and my 4 year old and myself rode figure 8's and generally raced all around the now empty parking lots of Sage, Albany College of Pharmacy and OPWDD on our BMX bikes. So many childhood 'far away' journeys are actually so close.
