NYT's David Leonhardt lays out the case for a soda tax. Among the facts he cites: the inflation-adjusted price for soda has fallen 34 percent over the last 30 years -- the price of fruits and vegetables has risen more than 30 percent. Earlier on AOA: Sweeter than the soda tax?
