The Marist poll out Thursday reports Andrew Cuomo's up on Carl Paladino 53-38 among likely voters. The poll was taken after Rick Lazio dropped out, but before the Bolton Landing brouhaha. Among non-enrolled voters, Paladino was up 45-43. Also: 27 percent of Republican said they're voting for Cuomo. (Margin of error +/- 4 percent.)
