Chris Churchill reports the Guilderland Emack & Bolio's has closed (it had been for sale on Craigslist for $99k). The Delaware Ave location is still open. From 2008: How big is a scoop of ice cream?

Sad. I was looking forward to going there the next time I needed a break from my home office. I didn't know that they allowed dogs until I took my dog there for her birthday doggie sundae.
