Reversal for Joe Bruno?

The New York Post reports that Joe Bruno's lawyer received a letter from the US Attorney in which the feds say they "concede" that reversal of Bruno's conviction is "appropriate" because of the Supreme Court's decisions on the theft of honest services statutes.
