Chef Ric Orlando is teaching a "Best Holiday Treats From Around The World" cooking class at the Knowledge Network in Colonie on December 7. Figgy pudding? Thank goodness. I never know what to do when the Christmas carolers, after "Wishing me a Merry Christmas", demand that I bring them some figgy pudding. They won't go until they get some, you know!
