Lacking bounce

The Albany metro area again ranks near the bottom (97 out of 100) for "economic performance" is the latest Brookings Metro Monitor. Some of that is a result of the report measuring how far metros have bounced back -- and this area didn't fall all that far (relatively), so it hasn't had that far to bounce back (house prices are a good example). And some of that is a result of this area not really bouncing at all (example: unemployment). Earlier: Not really worse, just not much better
