After long simmer, Mexican Radio Schenectady

The owners of Mexican Radio are aiming to open the long-planned Schenectady location in late summer 2013, Steve reports. They closed on the former Capital District OTB building in downtown Schenectady (map) on Friday and are planning a $3 million makeover.
