Businesses in Albany's new residential parking permit zones have the opportunity to buy three parking passes, but what about not-for-profits? Someone asked us this question recently, so we checked with Albany city clerk Nala Woodard. His answer: not-for-profit organizations in the zones will be treated just like businesses -- they can apply for three parking permits for their employees, regardless of whether those orgs have their own off-street parking.
