Serious attention for Nighthawk's Kitchen

Troy-based Nighthawk's Kitchen and owner Christian Noe got some attention from Serious Eats's A Hamburger Today this week. Writes Max Falkowitz after a visit to the Troy farmers' market: "The most enterprising of those stands, and arguably the tastiest, is Christian Noe's Nighthawk's Kitchen. His griddle-based operation draws the longest line at the market, and after a taste of his steak-y smashed burger, it's easy to see why." Our area has been getting a lot of love from Serious Eats lately (Harvest Distillery, Mrs. London's & now Nighthawks). Very cool stuff!!
