From a Businessweek profile of Hamdi Ulukaya, the billionare owner of the upstate-based Chobani (and UAlbany grad), on the crazy fast growth of his yogurt empire: "He told [staffers] that if they detected unwelcome changes in him, they had his permission to punch him in the face.
