Fish & Game -- the new restaurant in Hudson from chef Zakary Pelaccio (bio) -- is headed for a mid-April opening, the Gossips of Rivertown report. (Its liquor license is listed as pending.) Pelaccio talked with Grub Street last fall about plans for the restaurant (he's also been sharing little details on his Twitter feed). Fish & Game is at least the second recent migration of high-profile culinary talent from NYC to Hudson -- The Crimson Sparrow, from veterans of WD-50 -- opened last summer. [via Upstater]
