nerd disses genomeTroy-based artist/author Jess Fink contributed fun illustrations to a new book of impressively nerdy retorts and insults called 2^7 Nerd Disses: A Significant Quantity of Disrespect, by Bad Astronomy's Phil Plait and author/illustrator Zach Weinersmith. From the foreword: "Whether the person pummeling you is a student of mathematics or belles-lettres, we have the right words for the occasion." (It also includes explanations.)
