The lawsuit filed by a group of indie book stores -- including the Book House -- against Amazon and major publishers alleging the companies had violated anti-trust law by forming agreements, and using digital rights management, in an attempt to exclude indie book stores from the e-book market has been dismissed by a federal judge, the Biz Review's Mike DeMasi reports.
