One Monument Square activity

It looks like there's some activity behind the scenes on the proposed redevelopment of the One Monument Square site in downtown Troy, the Biz Review's Mike DeMasi reports -- including a refinement of the conceptual plans for the site (which include residential and a permanent space for the Troy farmers' market).
