Over at the Times Union, JCE talked with the company that provided the city of Albany with the $2 million budget line projection for red light camera revenue. One can only hope the elected officials representing the South End of Albany ensure a camera be placed at the end of Mount Hope and South Pearl. Street. The number of trucks headed to the Port that run that light is unbelievable, and has been brought up by residents of both streets for dozens of years to no avail. The Albany police have been wonderful about occasional monitoring, but a camera makes so much more sense
