Logged in and behind the wheel
In light of all the recent local talk about getting Uber and Lyft to start operating in the Capital Region, here's an interesting first-person look at the experience of being an UberX driver in Philadelphia. City Paper's Emily Guendelsberger signed up as a driver for the service, drove more than 100 rides, compiled the numbers from those rides (including how much she made), and talked with other drivers.
