Bike stress map

A quick link follow up to the item earlier this week about the Albany Bicycle Coalition's effort to map out bike-friendly routes in Albany: Montgomery County, Maryland (just northwest of DC) has built a "bicycle stress" map for categorizing how bike-friendly roads are there. Planners are using the information to figure out which routes might be good candidates for bike upgrades. [CityLab]
