There's a website up for The Good Market, the upscale food hall/court/market planned for the street level of the Nipper Building conversion in Albany's Warehouse District. The site includes some renderings and floor plans, along with some info for potential merchants. Projected opening: spring 2017.
For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
