The city of Albany has a plan to build a two-mile connector between the end of the Helderberg Hudson Rail Trail in the South End and the Mohawk-Hudson Hike-Bike Trail on the riverfront -- and a segment of that path would run underneath portions of 787. So with that in mind, we were curious to read about Miami's plan to create a linear park underneath an elevated rail line, a project it's calling the The Underline. [Curbed]
