Otto's Summer: grilling

One of my favorite things to do during the summer is grill. I'm a big fan of the frankfurters from the Troy Pork Store (I can't bear to call them "hot dogs" -- too weird). And when I don't feel like a burger or 'furter, I like to mix things up with some locally-made chicken sausage.

Otto,

You are one of the cutest grill dogs I know. I'm a big fan of yours. Enjoy the summer.

With all these wonderful meaty morsels of deliciousness made in the Capital Region, All Over Albany should host a taste-off.

Certain frequent commenters should also be invited to help with the judging.

*ahem* *cough* Oooh, excuse me.

I'm concerned how much demolition is going on here. Too many important, historic buildings in Albany are already tagged with an 'X' and the city's approach seems to tear down and ask questions later. Not only are these homes part of the city's history but they are what makes this place unique and they should be treasured- not trashed. In addition, these structures are better built and will last longer than new construction. ...
