Excelsior again

The Excelsior Pub -- which had dedicated itself to serving exclusively New York State New York beers and wines during its first life on Delaware Ave in Albany near Lark Street -- has been reborn at a spot on the corner of Madison Ave and Philip Street. (The pub had closed in 2013 with the promise of a return.) The new location opened Tuesday, according to its FB page.
