Check out Center Square Minyan at 6 pm. It's held at Trinity United Methodist Church at 235 Lark Street, but the entrance is on Lancaster St.

Our main goal is to get all the weirdo Jews involved, like me, ones who may not connect to the larger Jewish community but want to connect to Jewish culture. We have some traditional Friday night prayer along with kid programing, plus lotsa food. The goal is to make everyone feel welcome, so we focus on diversity within the Jewish committee, as well as being welcoming to anyone else who wants to chill.

Just show up.

Our motto is: "Super Jewy. Kinda Jewy. Not so Jewy. Black. White. Brownish. Gay. Straight. All in between. Ashkenaz. Sephardi. Mizrahi. Afrofuturistic. Listening to Janelle Monae or Amy Winehouse. Let's Shabbat it up."

It starts at 6 PM on September 9th. And we have events monthly on the following dates: Octover 7th. November 4th. December 2nd. December 29th (Thursday Chanukah party). February 3rd. March 3rd. April 7th. May 5th. and June 2nd.

I'm always so happy to see this list. Thanks AoA!
