A quick recap of the week

Here are a few highlights from the past week on AOA:

+ We gave away VIP tickets to Wolff's Oktoberfest block party by asking: What's on your local "must do" list for fall this year?

+ What was up in the Neighborhood this week: a requiem, faith, getting older, gentrification, New Hampshire, Toronto, the Woodlawn Preserve, a half marathon, the Tour de Donut, Saratoga Wine and Food Fest, Hoptember, summer bites, okra, concrete, aerial photos, and Nipper rightside up.

+ A whole bunch of music shows coming up this fall.

+ We gave away tickets to see Craig Ferguson at Troy Music Hall by asking people to tell us all joke -- and many of them were terrible (in the best way).

+ And many of Albany's streets are on their second (or third) name.

The Scoop

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
