+ Jess told us about some delicious pumpkin pie ice cream from the Adirondack Creamery.

+ Citizens banded together to protect us from the impending zombie uprising.

+ Peter and Eileen spotted a statue in Washington Park that was protecting itself from the flu.

+ Albany released its final bicycle master plan.

+ What was up in the Neighborhood this week: high-speed rail, lunch boxes, woodpeckers, journalism, garage sales, views, dog poop, pizza, cows, a concert, a beautiful walk, macaroni and cheese, Halloween costumes and an engagement.

+ Kaitlin spotted some stylish people out and about.

+ Mr. Dave is why you're fat!

+ A few of the items on Craigslist this week: a "very generous small" male, a taxi makeout session, a kickass Scrabble player, a stripper pole and snails.
