Comments

You might want to note that the tree lighting actually starts at 5pm in Albany on Sunday. Looks like activites are over and plaza is to be cleared out at 6pm. Sorry to be nitpicky.

"A-town"? Are you guys trying to coin a moniker?

If so I think it should be A-bunny over A-town.

The Albany Public Library has some great holiday bargains on gently used books, music and movies Saturday from 10 am til 5 pm at the Main Library (161 Washington Avenue). Thousands of soft cover and hard cover books, DVD and VHS movies and TV shows, music on CDs and LPs, and more. Admission is free starting at 11 am.

Just one correction: the ASO holiday concert is actually called The Magic of Christmas. Melodies of Christmas is a great holiday concert that benefits the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Albany Medical Center 12/16-19. www.amc.edu/melodiesofchristmas
