A quick recap of the week

+ An @AlbanyArchives photos prompted us to take a short detour into the history of upstate turnpikes.

+ Ryan floated the idea of a farmers' market for Washington Park.

+ A "dissolving" photo of the transformation of Albany's Park South.

+ A look at the upgrades under construction at the Corning Riverfront Park in Albany.

+ And we talked with the new manager of the Troy Waterfront Farmers' Market about the state of the market and its place in the local food scene.

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
