A quick recap of the week

week review 2010-11-27

Here are a few highlights from the past week on AOA:

+ Colonie was against ranked #1 on a list of low-crime municipalities.

+ Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly's look has changed a bit since Bethlehem High School.

+ We asked people: "What are you thankful for?" There were a lot of good answers.

+ We got a look at a "community office suite."

+ Prompted by a question from Martin, we wondered if the Capital Region was experiencing premature holidaying.

+ Andrew Cuomo is apparently a sexy man.

+ Katie put together a big list of stuff to do with kids over the Thanksgiving weekend.

+ And what was up in the Neighborhood this week: the "Albany Left Turn," a Saratoga wedding, the Pine Bush, Hudson, shopping, not shopping, fried chicken, $1 pizza, a cranberry bog, Jimmy Fallon, history, and the backup patron saint of cats.

Happy Thanksgiving! AOA's back on its regular schedule starting Monday.

The Scoop

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
