A quick recap of the week

week review 2010-04-10

Here are a few highlights from the past week on AOA:

+ Erik went shopping for interview suits.

+ Who is this Carl Paladino guy?

+ It's true: it's been unusually hot.

+ RPI went into lockdown on Tuesday -- here are a few thoughts for next situation like that.

+ A dodgeball world record was set in Albany!

+ Wilco's going to be "curating" a festival at MASS MoCA.

+ What was up in the Neighborhood this week: the public good, spoilers, an elusive squirrel, doughnuts, ballots, red velvet cake, Five Guys, stylish cycling, beads, a baby shower, reuse and the post office.

+ Local musician Erin Harkes thoroughly rocked on Jimmy Fallon.

+ A few of the items found on Craigslist this week: an appeal for ballroom dancing firefighters, the dangers of flirting and operating doors, ogled CPR partners and, uh... a "service" boar.

+ (More) parking meters are coming to downtown Troy.

+ Kaitlin went shopping in an effort to help us stay dry -- while looking good.

+ And it's Supermarket Showdown III!

If you'd just like the whole week unfiltered, check our listing of the last seven days of AOA.

Thanks to everyone who posted a comment or sent along an idea this week.
