Lunch Week!

+ What was up in the Neighborhood this week: the World Cup, pride, a priest, the Baseball Hall of Fame, spicy dishes, a powerhouse diner, soft shell crabs, beer, liquid sunshine, dentists, crosswalks and Andrew Cuomo.

+ Shirley Jackson was "invited" back for another 10 years at RPI.

+ George Philip, the president of UAlbany, has a pension that's at the head of its class.

+ Local artist Nao Bustamante made it through another week of Bravo's Work of Art.

+ A few of the items found on Craigslist this week: hot firefighters, Travers arm candy, paddle boat rustling and Flutie Flakes.

+ Kristin asked about good pet sitting and boarding.

+ The Capital Region unemployment rate is still kind of stuck.

+ New York isn't the volunteer state.

+ And we gave away roller derby tickets! Congrats to Phoebe, ACO, CG, Abby, Ewan, Carrie, Jay and Corey -- they're all going to see the Albany All Stars.

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
